I have a dual monitor setup with both my Xbox and PC connected to my main display, an ASUS VS229H-P, and when I select the HDMI input, the DVI input is still active and any opened programs or notifications will appear on my main display which I cannot see.

My friend has a similar setup but when he switches to his xbox, his secondary monitor becomes the primary display. Can anyone help me achieve that?

its all about what monitor he/you use. My LG auto changes to new inputs without any help from me. my Acer does not. does he have the same monitor as you?

No we have different monitors. So you think it is not possible with an Asus?
