Help with DVI Different sockets :S

I was going to install this pci e graphics card into my pc, and i realised i didnt have a dvi cable or a dvi input in my tv.
I need an adapter, but I dont know which one I need

Graphics Card Backplate:

I was going to buy but then i saw a product review on it saying that it was the wrong one.
Please help :/

I also wouldnt mind a dvi- hdmi,

    that is what i would do. when i have used the adapter you have to hook up to a hdtv i find that many tv models won't show a signal until your in windows which if you need to get into safe mode or your bios is a huge problem. fyi
