I would make some changes to better suit the price/perf

Use the onboard sound,
wd blue is just as fast, only a short warranty
1866mhz ram is cheaper than 1600mhz, get that instead
CX600 is of decent quality and cheap
higher quality one with similar quality to the antec but cheaper is the xfx 550W

MSI mb is about as good as the gigabyte and asus one but quite a bit cheaper and I would say it is better than the asrock extreme4
