(PEB) WD hard drive works on other pc , but freezes on mine

i have an WD external hard disk , when i plug it in any computer it works, when it comes to mine , its not shown in my computer , i followed some other instructions , i checked going to disk managment , it freezes , i tried and downloaded MINI power tool for rocovery , when it scans the external devices , it freezes also , please support

Well than I'd say that your USB drivers are either corrupt or have some other issues. I would try and install the latest drivers for your mobo, including LAN, Audio, iGPU (if you have them), etc. Make sure all drivers are up to date. You should also make sure you have the latest BIOS installed too. If after all of that has been completed and you still don't see the external HD, I would say that your USB chipset is bad, which might require a new mobo or at the minimum a return to the manufacturer for repair.

how the problem would be with the usb ports and all other devices are working on this laptop , only this hard , and its shown in the device manager , its just freezes whenever i try to open it from the disk management

Okay I was confused on what you were stating. I assumed you were using the HD as an external HD for other computers and you were having issues with your current one (using the USB ports). You might have to format the HD and do a fresh install of the OS, since your having issues with the HD being installed in the laptop, if I'm understanding your problem correctly. I would first transfer your important files onto another computer or even back it up onto a flash drive or DVD disc if you have that option.
