I am experiencing some network issues almost every 30 minutes ... i have been experiencing them since i moved to the new provider / company im connected to right now .
i have had this issue with my computers and mobile devices BUT NOT ON MY XBOX these disconnects last for about 2-3 minutes and happen almost every 30 minutes . i called the provider and they said the disconnects are not from their side because my network seems healthy on their logs .

I downloaded PingPlotter so i can share with you my tracking sample .

I used the copy as text option in PingPlotter (Tracked it while the disconnect occurred ) and here is what i got :

Target Name: www.google.com
IP: 74.125.132.105

Please help me fix this problem for it is unbearable .

Thank you in advance .

You are obviously not disconnected but you have a lot of packet loss.

You are going to have to run manual pings to the nodes in the trace to determine exactly where the problem is. One thing I see is the very first hop is already over 10ms. If this is wireless then you need to do this test on wired to ensure it is not just a wireless problem.

The next few entries are in your ISP but it is hard to tell how far in they are. The connection between your house and the ISP which is generally the first hop where the latency increases is the most common site of a problem and this type they can fix. If the problem is occurring farther into their network which means it affect more than just you they should already know. Now they may know about a issue and choose not to do anything because it is a capacity issue and they do not wish to spend money to upgrade.
