today I started my pc and the first thing I saw was no wallpaper then I clicked personalize and every thing was faded in white colour nothing can be clicked no theme no windows 7 default theme option I can click nothing, every thing looks like black and white like windows 95 , then there was no volume option, antivirus not working can't even search one file, windows recovery is also not working guys pls help me out pls
