I'm building my PC and I just did an external build to test the parts work. I used the stock CPU cooler which has thermal paste pre-applied and I'm now going to change it with the cooler master evo 212.
Do I need to remove the thermal paste left by the stock cooler before adding the stuff that comes with the 212?
