Upgrading CPU need help

Hi would like to upgrade my current i3 2120 to this

Intel Core i5-3570 Ivy Bridge 3.4GHz (3.8GHz Turbo Boost) LGA 1155 77W Quad-Core Desktop Processor Intel HD Graphics 2500 BX80637i53570

is it compatible with my current motherboard? Also, when it comes to adding it do i just pop it in like i did with the first and I'm good to go?

yes it is fully compaitable.just update your mobo's bios to latest

so once i update my BIOs i can just install it into my computer like i did the previous?

yes, just make sure you do the bios first. reboot, make the new bios version shows up, and you should be fine.

i would just go into the bios and check the version number to make sure the bios flash was successful, aside from that you should be ready to pop it in.
