Hard disk drives missing showing only c & M (shown in disk manager)

I m using dell laptop with win 8
today I reinstalled my win 8 as os is corrupted but now my drive "D:Suraj" is not showing in my comp. but showing it in disk manager
Size of drive is about 227 GB
