Help, Graphics card

I have an Intel(R) G33/G31 Express chipset family. A game I want to play requires pixel shader 3.0 to play. I am trying to either find a way to accuire pixel shader 3.0 on my current system manually or replace my graphics card with another compatible card. Please help

System detail:

Processor: Pentium(R) Dual-Core CPU E5300 @ 2.60GHz

Memory (RAM):4096mb
Graphics: Intel(R) G33/G31 Express Chipset Family
Gaming graphics: 256MB
What power supply do you have? im not sure yet
How much money do you want to spend? Less than 50
What game are you trying to play? Path of Exile
What CPU do you have? HP

On a low wattage PSU the above card will work if your PSU is not too low wattage. Its not 50$, but 50$ is not really enough.
