Hi,
I'm having trouble connecting to my wireless router. It says it's connected to the internet but when I try to load a page it either doesn't load or only loads part of the page (just the text and no images). Been trying to figure this out for ages but it just doesn't seem to work. Thank you

Hi,
when I run that in the command line I get:
Reply from 217.146.187.123: bytes=32 time=(between 30 and 60ms) TTL=(52 or 54)
and occasionally I get "request timed out".
Also whenever I try t load a web page at the same time as running the script I always get
"request timed out".
I've asked my housemate and he says his internet is working so I don't think our internet is that bad.
Cheers.

"request timed out" is happening if the ping are lost (connection being cut off),..

either the conection is bad (unstable), bad wires, or something is cloging it....

check for the cable. are it still in good condition,
try another port in the switch/router.....
check for any firewall / antivirus (internet security) setting, u can try turn them off and see if there an improvement...
check for any malware /virus...

are the internet connection is shared between u and your housemate?
some apps like downloader / torrent could eat up (monopolize) bandwith, for this case try set a bandwith management for both comp...
