New to the community, looking to get a Best Bang For Your Buck (BBFYB) board. I currently have an E2180 chip (socket 775) and 8GB of DDR2 ram from old computer that dies on me a few years back. I want to build a decent computer for regular Internet use, homework etc for a family member.
So I am asking for help as I tried to do a search and received out of stock queries . I am looking not to spend over $60 if possible. Thanks!

Those parts are so old you might be better off building a new computer, but here's the only lga 775 board with ddr2 slots listed at pcpartpicker:

If that's not good enough, and you insist on buying a motherboard that will take that cpu and ram, you could try ebay.

Here is a recommendation. Asrock actually makes decent mobos. Good luck!

(Edited to change from a DDR3 recommendation to a mobo supporting DDR2)

Yes it's old but still pretty good duo processor, just to throw it away turns my stomach since I paid close to 600 for everything back then (printer, monitor etc) at least this way is goes to good use. Thanks so much for the help !
