Customer has an old Gateway laptop that will not boot to windows.
Pulled out HDD because customer wises to retrieve his outlook contacts, plugged it into my Win8 Machine.
Searching for .pst and .ost files returned nothing. Found a few "Outlook Item" files, appearing to be saved messages, but I cannot open them using Outlook 2013.
Any ideas that might help would be greatly appreciated...
