are you sure its the GPU fan that is the culprit?
where are you measuring this temperature?
when you install case fans, they are most useful when you have more exhaust than intake, and create a negative pressure in the case
Sorry its the CPU fan not GPU forgot to put "CPU" in there :P I'll switch my side fan around so I've got 2 exhausting air. I'm using HW monitor and speeds for the CPU fan get really high even though its at like 40-55 degrees. I looked at MSI afterburner and its definitely not my GPU.
