Since you can only install low-profile expansion cards in the Dell Inspiron 620s unfortunately you're out of luck since there isn't any low-profile GeForce GTX 650 Ti graphics cards available.

You can go one step lower to the GeForce GTX 650:

ZOTAC ZT-61008-10M GeForce GTX 650 1GB 128-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 Video Card
http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E1681...

or the SAPPHIRE 100357LP Radeon HD 7750 1GB 128-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready Low Profile Video Card

I second above suggestion, in addition I can give you good news, if your power supply is equal or above 250 watt you don't need an upgrade for above mentioned cards, if power supply is in 220-250 watt range only Saponied 7750 is guaranteed to work, I seen multiple confirmations.

If you really want to get a better PSU then look at one of the following Seasonic models here.

Neither of those two graphics cards will fit into an Inspiron 620s because they are both full height cards.

And this one :
Radeon HD 7850 (Low Profile)

http://www.afox-corp.com/en/products_details.asp?proid=...

will this work guys??????????

This is currently the most powerful low profile graphics available. It is only available in some parts of the world and is expensive. AFOX doesn't publish the physical dimensions of the card so it is impossible to determine if the card is too long to be able to fit in the Inspiron 620s chassis.

You would need to upgrade your power supply unit to the Seasonic SS-350TGW or SS-350TGM to be able to use this card.

You can do that but you'll also need to buy a new ATX PS2 form factor power supply unit.

There would be little problem attaching front panel LED and Power connectors to Dell motherboard, since Dell has proprietary connectors.

I did not said, it is not possible, however you may run into issue of having to press F1 button continue with each boot, it is very annoying, I am trying to get rid of it myself, but so far I can not. So if it is not an issue for you you can change a case, on the positive side, you would be able to install any video card, and it would ne possible to take a look into processor upgrade if desired.
