Sim City 5 Requirments

I enjoyed the older sim city games and wanted to purchase the newest one. My only issue is that I don't know if i can play it. Please help me figure this out.

As the system requirements state, you need at least a 2+ GHz Dual Core or higher and a 2+ GB of Memory / RAM.
As I can tell, you have exceeded the basic requirements, meaning, you will be able to play the game, but not very quickly, as the recommended requirements state you need at least a high clocked quad core and a very strong graphics card, such as the AMD A8/A10 APU or Intel Core i5 for the CPU and either the Nvidia GTX 650 or AMD Radeon 7770 for the graphics card.
