What's the best Video Card for Intel Core 2 Quad Q9550 2.83 GHz ?

Hey,I'm planning to upgrade my video card from the GTS 250 to something new,but I don't know what DX11 Video
Card is going to work well with my CPU,I know it's old but it's still working fine,anyway here are my full specs
.
Motherboard : Intel DX48BT2 Extreme Series
RAM : 8 GB DDR3 1600 MHz
PSU : 850 Watt

Note: better the card become 400 $ or less
**Edit** I forgot to include my screen resolution so here is it : 1366 x 768

Not really, I have a Radeon HD 5850 with my Q9450 and it runs fine. I looked at benchmarks of PCs with similar CPUs and the HD 5850 when it first came out in 2009 and there's real difference at all. For reference, the Radeon HD 7750 basically equal to the Radeon HD 6770 which is a re-badged HD 5770.

I just got that Processor last week with a GIGABYTE GTX 670 Video Card and they do not Bottleneck! My Screen Resolution is the same and my Motherboard is the GIGABYTE EP43-UD3L, I also have 6GB DDR2 Crucial RAM. I got Battlefield 4 with it but not Call of Duty Ghosts yet. I would recommend the GTX 670!
