I recently built my new computer off a gigabyte 990fxa motherboard with the FX 6300 core. Running windows 7 64 bit. When i leave the system to idle or sometimes even when i am gaming the system freezes and the usb ports stop working. I know they stop working because if i plug my R.A.T 7 back in, it doesn't light up. The only way to fix this is by resetting the computer. This happened once when i was on youtube and the audio slowed down to a crawl and sounded very scratched and muffled. Device maneger lists two usb controllers in the "Other devices" section but i disabled them, would this have an impact?
