What should I upgrade?

I need advice on what to upgrade in my computer, because I recently came into about $200.
PSU - Eagle Voltas ET-PSVT500
Video Card - Radeon HD 6700 series with 1 GB of memory
CPU - AMD Athlon II X2 255 3.1GHz
Motherbord - Asus M4A88T-M Micro ATX AM3 Motherboard
Case - Diablotek CPA-6170 ATX Mid Tower Case
Ram - Corsair 4gb
OS - Windows 7 Ultimate

MOBO + CPU, then PSU, then GPU. (In that specific order.)

Yep.
Stretch your budget about 20-30$ and you'll get a huge improvement.

IMPORTANT: If you have an OEM copy, you'll have to buy it again, a retail copy has no such limitations.

Not only would you have to clean install Win, but if it is an OEM copy, you may have to jump thru some hoops to get them to activate it on the new board. Legally, OEMs are only licensed to the original MB.
