7-950 normally OC'd to 4.2, but at 3.7 atm
Geforce 690

I am running a triple monitor setup at the moment, and the game runs extremely smooth (50-120 fps) until I even touch my mouse. Simple mouse movements, not even camera panning, will drop my fps to 5-10 FPS, even during character selection if I move my mouse fast enough it will drop FPS to 5-10.

I am currently using the Razer NAGA mouse SWTOR edition, this happens with every mouse I have tried.
Changing settings to extremely low or extremely high do nothing to change.

Using single monitor, the game runs perfectly fine with 0 fps drops forced by the mouse, something with NVIDIA surround it seems is goofing on me.

This problem only happens in SWTOR, no other game I currently play as any problems.

Thanks in Advanced

I think the Nvidia solution to multiple monitors is messing your fps up somehow, using eye-infinity which my cousin uses on three monitors causes no lag whatsoever in that matter. That's all I can say since I don't know much about multi-monitor setups. Best to wait for a reply with better understanding on this matter.

I had this same problem but with call of duty 4 , my fps would keep dropping randomly whenever i moved the mouse only but FPS remained constant when i moved with WASD on a 4th generation Intel CPU (i5-4670K)
it seemed that my BIOS version was outdated and was "version f5" and when i looked up for my motherboard BIOS updates I found that it had f9 and f10 versions already and they had in their notes (now supports 4th generation intel Processors) and the latest one ( imrpoves "K" version intel processors )
so i updated my BIOS version through a program called @BIOS i downloaded from the gigabyte website and i flashed the new BIOS through the windows , only had to restart for it to apply and never had fps lags when i moved the mouse again
