And why on earth would you possibly want to do this?

Virtual memory is only if you run out of ram. You're not going to use it unless you run over 16GB. If you need more memory you buy more memory.

I want my windows to use up more ram etc etc to run smoother.
I know i have a bit of an overkill on ram, but is there anyway i can allow windows to use more ?

Windows will not run smoother just because you add more ram, it won't do anything.

You do not even need virtual memory. You will never ever use 16GB of memory unless your using a RAM disk or something very specific.

Using all that virtual memory on such a small SSD will just take up space on your and ruin it. Disable virtual memory or set it to 1GB.

If for some reason your using almost 16GB of memory on your PC you I've love to know what on earth your doing to use that much.

Haha i understand. The only time i hit 15.1GB of ram was when i was rendering in AAE.

Also i have a question while im here. Is there any GOOD tips how i can optimize my SSD for better performance/speed ?
