or
Corsair TX Series™ TX650M 80Plus-Bronze

both are almost the same in price...
need advice or alternatives....thanks....

If you do not want to spend more than those prices, then tell me what are your system specs you want to run? CPU and GPU specifically will help? Do you plan on running 2 graphics cards?

Now we do not know what price you will be paying nor do we know where you are buying or how many watts you need. There is a plenty of quality PSU's on the market but we need to have your specs and prices for comparison so we can really recommend alternatives. Really between the two listed they are both just as good, more a question of how much power you need.

what is more superb among the two?(price/performance)
are they the same in producing noise?do their fans kicks in at the same load?

Your system would run fine on a quality 500watt PSU. The TX series is better than the CX series so I would recommend that.
