I'm going to be getting the Antec Lanboy Air as my first build, and getting 10 more fans as the case can hold up to 15. I don't know where to connect all these fans, or even if my motherboard of power supply, or whatever you connect them to, has enough sockets.

Hi,
Your motherboard will support about 3 or 4 fans. and will be able to control their speeds.
The rest will either need to be hooked up to spare molex connectors. You can chain 2 or 3 or even 4 fans together using molex extension cables.

You won't have any control over the speed of the fans this way and they will run at almost full speed or you could get a fan control unit that fits into you an optical drive slot in the case. These can power multiple fans and control their speed and either use temperature sensors around the case or the cheper ones just have a dial you turn manually to speed up or slow down the fans.

Here is a selection of fan controllers for you.
