I'm not sure if this is the correct place, but anyway:
Thanks for answering my previous query; I forgot to mention that earlier :)-P), and I've changed my gaming priorities.
I decided to buy a nice PS3 and use the comp. for low-end gaming. Any recent games will be played in lowest settings. The problem is, any game I install either CTDs or says '3D device not detected'.
The list is: Driver: You are the Wheelman (What? It's a classic!), FSX, Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, and Battlefield 2. I suspect it's the graphics drivers, but if you guys know, you are free to tell me :).
And please, don't suggest a new GPU.
Oh, if my comp. specs are needed:
CPU: Intel Core i5 3570 (non-K) @ 3.4 Ghz
Graphics: (Integrated) Intel HD Graphics 2500
RAM: Kingston 8GB RAM
Mobo: ASUS P8-H77 (non OC)
(Oops, forgot my HDD and DVD drive names!)
HDD: 1 TB

Solution
its your drivers....boot in safe mode...go into device manager and uninstall the hd2500 make sure to click delete driver box. reinstall graphics driver and reboot. should be fixed.
