I'm having trouble getting my memory to run at 1600.

Motherboard - AsRock Z77 OC Formula

Memory - Corsair CMZ16GX3M4A1600C9 16GB

I have set the XMP profile in the bios, i have also tried manually changing it into 1600, and i have also tried changing the voltage from auto to 1.5v.

I have attached a few screenshots of the bios and CPUZ, any help is greatly appreciated. ( Sorry about the bios pictures, also there are loads of memory options available to tweak )

honeslty i am a bit stumped...it is possible your memory controller on board your cpu was damaged but unless you did some serious overclocking i find it not very likely. my guess is you got some bad ram that just isn't capable of the speed its rated for. is your PSU a decent one? bad power could also cause you issues.
