Will my OC'd 955 (4.0 ghz) bottleneck my 7970? Right now it sees ~70% usage in games, which doesn't seem like much of an issue to me since my gpu (660ti) always runs 99% or so.
I think I'd get a higher fps increase by upgrading to a 7970 instead of upgrading to an i5 3570k. What do you all think?
