Hi there!

Longtime lurker, first time poster here. I've got a question!

Im planning on water cooling my setup on my Phantom 630 l. I plan on placing a 360 rad on top and a 240 either bottom or front. My question is... is there a performance issue if I choose to mount the rad on the bottom instead of the front? Less airflow coming from the bottom and what not? Or am I just overthinking?

When planning the placement of radiators especially inside the case what you have to plan for is air flow through the radiator. So with a fan on one side there has to be open space on the other side for the air to go through such as a fan spot opening in a case. The ideal setup is to have cool fresh air being brought by the fans through the radiator to give it the optimum cooling performance. If the fans are inside the case blowing case air through the radiator to the outside then you have whatever the case air temp is going through the radiator. So those are your options as to how to set your radiators.
For me I have set a small(240) inside the case and the larger (360) outside the case, I feel...

For me I have set a small(240) inside the case and the larger (360) outside the case, I feel that a radiator performs better outside a case but can understand that some will like to have everything inside the case for a clean look but it can become crowded with two radiators.
