my usb drive normally displays the name STORE N GO, however has changed to portable drive E, and will not show up any documents and folders that i have, i have tried uninstalling and restarting my computer but so far nothing has seemed to work, please help!

Well there are a couple of things that could have happened.
1. you accidentally reformatted the drive or it got corrupted.
2. the drive has failed.
Could you please lit the make/model of the drive and os.
