My brother pulled the plug out of my PC while it was turned on.

Last night, my brother was on my PC and I was begging him to move his foot away from the very loose power cable (it has always been loose) and he just shut me up. After around half an hour he called me and said he accidentally plugged it out with his foot. It turned on normally and I did some benchmarks to see whether there is a performance drop and it was good.

Is my system OK?

If it caused damage, it would simply not turn on. Your PC is fine.

Give your little brother a hug, and yes your computer is fine. You may want to run chkdsk /f from time to time, just for disk consistency!

Thanks! It is a new rig and it cost a lot so I was really upset.

Also, he is 4 years older than me...hahah.

If its new and cost a lot, why are you messing around with a loose anything? Fix the issue before it becomes an issue.
