Yeah you can still do it not by much though since you'll be overclocking through the FSB, you'll want to turn EIST and C1, and the rest of the C states off keep turbo mode on. This will keep your CPU from changing frequency. Then set your CPU multiplier to 38 the max multiplier that 4 cores can hold. you can set it to 43 but it will only be effective on 1 core at a time so 38 its not a set your BCLK to 107 and set your ram timings manually as this has to do with memory frequency. Upping your VCCSA or system agent voltage will help with this kind of overclock, your clock speed will be 38 (max multi) x 107 (BCLK) which comes out to 4066. Keep in mind that overclocking this way has a much bigger potential to damage your system or at minimum cause instability than overclocking with multipliers will, keep your BCLK under 108 and you should be safe, Remember to set your ram timings back anytime you mess with BCLK frequency.
