Could be an older 32 bit game you recently installed, they often install older system C++ runtime libraries that might conflict with newer runtime libraries.

Also, you need to have NetFX 3.5 as well as 4.0 installed.

Directx sometimes becomes corrupted, use your REPAIR (or OS) disk to check if Directx is in the options list to be repaired.

Basically, the BSoD will be some sort of system file conflict so what is the most recent game you have installed and any other program or software?

Is your OS Windows 7 x32?

NetFx 3.5 is for older programs and games, it's acompatibility thing even though one would expect version 4.0 to cover all things in 3.5, it doesn't.

Well, it seem syour ram is 1.65v but the motherboard specs refer to using only 1.5v ram This could be your isue.
