Disk 0 already has an OS installed on it. If you want to blow everything away and install clean then delete both partitions (the option is on the very screen you posted) and choose disk 0 for the installation. The installer will partition and format as necessary.

Delete the two Disk 0 partitions and begin again....to be safe, I'd disconnect the HD cable while installing to the SSD
