updating my graphics card help

hi I have a NVidia GeForce 9500gt with 1 gb ram card and am thnking of upgrading it. I play a lot of simulation games so I want something that can cope abit better for it. I have a AMD Athlon II X4 640 processor 3.00GHz
4 gb of ram but am thinking of upgrading to 6 gb
I have an asrock n68c-s ucc motherboard if you want that info thanks tom

Honestly, I wouldn't sink much money into a rig that old, as you won't get any of it back.

Consider selling the entire thing to someone who needs an internet browsing platform and going to an overall upgrade.

budget is not that much of an issue as long is i got something that will be good with any sort of games but if its £ 300 or less would be best so i dnt need to save up lol

If you just want to upgrade the card, it would HIGHLY depend on your power supply - that's going to be the limiting factor.

If you'd like, though, I can put together a rig for you that'll be a good upgrade within your budget.

i suggest:

1)gtx 650ti 2gb

2)corsair cxv2 430 psu

this would be good for simulation games
