Acer won't help with install. They say it's not supported on the puter. I can't find anything on there web site either. Anybody.. Not sure if I go through the back or keyboard.

The hdd is under the top cover, right bottom corner, under the palm rest. You need to remove the keyboard, all the screws from top and bottom cover, then remove the top cover (palmrest cover) and you will see then the hdd on the right corner sitting and smiling at you!!! Be careful not to yank on the top cover, if it is not coming off then there is screw holding it in place...!! Good Luck. www.PCExpertServices.com
