A few things:

-Better MoBo (in my opinion).
-Better SSD.
-Cheaper memory.
-Good case.

For gaming, the i7 is a waste. The only difference between it and an i5-3570k is that the i7 has hyperthreading... which games either don't use or can actually get slowed down by anyways, which means when you're gaming you'll want it off, which means you're paying $100 more for the same damn thing.

Other than that, Shoryuken's rig is very nice, though I'd get windows 7 for compatibility issues, and a SeaSonic g 550w to save money, since it doesn't need 620w.

EDIT: And I disagree with the Asus being 'better' than the AsRock. Just throwing that out there.

the $230 for a 3770k is a MC walk in deal
I would get this and save that extra cash
This will just as fine in games

This 7950 is only 25mhz slower when both are at max boost (vapour-X does similar cooling characteristics)
550W PSU is enough for a single card, xfx PSU' are made by seasonic
1866mhz ram cuz it's cheap and less issues with heatsinks due to lower profile
uou can grab the 840pro is you want a really fast SSD but sandisk will do fine

Get the xfx, it's same price, single 12v rail and made by seasonic for them
