Give us a little more info, if gaming, what titles. If going professional, what are you doing (rendering, math-heavy geometry, maybe CAD, you know)
Are you spamming? The AMD FX8350 competes with the Intel 3570K. Consider that and the choice is easy. Take the cheaper and slightly better gaming 3570K CPU.
