So currently I'm using a EVGA GTX 280 Super clocked, and I got Bioshock Infinite, and, well it's been ruff.
So I'm looking to upgrade and so far the EVGA GeForce GTX 650:

http://www.amazon.com/EVGA-GeForce-1024MB-Graphics-01G-P4-2650-KR/dp/B00966IU4M/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1364675479&sr=8-1&keywords=GT+650

Has stood out as a decent looking upgrade, but what do you guys think?
Also If you can recommend some cards that would be nice, I'm on a budget so anywhere between 100$ and 200$ is preferable.
and if the card is over that price just recommend it anyway, I'll do so price hunting
Thanks.

I personally would recommend against a 650, depending on your resolution it could be a very slow card. Go for a 650ti or 7750 as a bare minimum.

What is your processor? You can get a 2GB 7850 in budget, which kills anything else, but may be held back by your CPU.

that would be a solid upgrade...its faster then your card by a good click....the TI or ti boost would be much better though

i like nvidia because the drivers are more stable and the added bonus of physx support....if you want to go amd though the 7770 or 7850 would be good choices as well.

@Pgooch
AMD PHENOM X4 965 Black edition.
M4A79TD EVO MOTHERBOARD (yes I know it's PCI-e 2.0 but I hear 3.0 cards will work, but what is the difference?)
500 GB Seagate Hard Drive.
8GB of 1600MHZ ram.
600w PSU.
64bit Windows Ultimate (don't know if this matters)

@Cookybiscuit My Resolution 1600 900.

I just bought an "old" 560 2 GB for $145 at Newegg, it was an upgrade from a 3 year old 9800 GT 512 MB.
My graphics windows experience went up to 7.7, all programs now load supper fast, and it runs Crysis 3 and Tomb Raider 2013
with everything maxed out!

one of my rigs runs two gtx570s and it can play crysis 3 on max resolution and details but not filters (txaa or smaa 2x) so your not quite maxed but close on your gtx560...though my 2 gtx 670s can MSAA 8x AF 16 @1080p

yeah what brand and wattage is your PSU....its important for adding GPU's...to little wattage or amps and your gpu won't run at all or won't run properly risking damaging your whole rig.

Yeah, I guess I spaced on that, but as I wrote above it's a Rosewill performance series RP600v2-S-Sl

Yeah but the GTX 280 is a 500W PSU requirement so I should be fine, right?

Agreed.
Myself I use PC Power and Cooling.
I don't really care about Corsair though.

Well, thanks everyone for the replies, I'm going to do some price-to-power comparisons, and shop around for a potential PSU upgrade.
So far my choices are GTX 650, GTX 650 ti, GTX 650 ti boost.
You've all been a big help, I respond later with my decision.
