I currently have one of those HP Workstations with a proprietary power supply, so I am stuck with a junky 320w PSU that will cost more than the computer to upgrade.

Specs:
CPU: Intel Core i5 650 (first gen)
RAM: 8GB Adata
HDD: 2x WD Blue 320GB drives

Since they don't have a pci-e plug, and I had an extra SATA connector, I gained a pci-e power plug by getting a SATA power -> pci-e power cable.

I have looked at several cards, and the ATI 7770 and the GTX 650 are within my budget.

Should I have trouble running either of these cards with the PSU?

'The 7770 wants "500W (or greater) power supply with one 75W 6-pin PCI Express power connector recommended"

The GTX 650 wants 400W

Ya might get away w/ a 640 GT which wants 350 watts or the 630 which asks for 300
