Hey guys, this my first PC upgrade. I wanted to install ATI Radeon HD5450 2GB DDR3 Graphics card. Though my PC specs are old am unsure whether it would be compatible or not. My motherboard is an Intel i945G rev. A2 with Intel Dual Core 2.8GHz processor and 1GB DDR2 RAM. I will also upgrade my RAM to 2GB at the same time. Am not sure about my PSU though but i think its a good one 
. I will be playing games like COD and Battlefield. I would like to know whether my specs will compatible or not.
