I will need the following

motherboard
power supply
video card
aftermarket cooler
ram
hard drive
case
dvd drive
and if possible an ssd

thanks in advance

and the build i'm looking for , i want it to handle most games at a decent fps but what i'm mostly using it for is editing/rendering and gaming/livestreaming on the side

again thanks!

if you think that i shouldn't get the 8350 then just let me know, whats a good built that can handle most games at a decent fps and do editing/rendering very well .

i dont need a monitor or a os already have .

Solution
Getting a decent gaming/editing/rendering rig for around $550 is hard. I chose a FX-6300 instead, as it will still do decent in rendering with the 6cores.
