I'm still never going to recommend someone running a cheap and commonly known as crappy brand of PSU that also only comes with one PCI-E power connector.
Anyways this is what the website shows as the labeled Amps it can support (I'd be willing to bet that's an overestimate).

The Seasonic PSU in comparison for the same labeled wattage is capable of 32A on the 12V rail.
Using this
http://www.extreme.outervision.com/PSUEngine (what I've found to be the most accurate). I have the pro version which will show about the amps on each rail. With I put in as having a i5-3570 (not overclocked) which is probably lower than the CPU power of most CPU's, two sticks of DDR3 two regular 120mm fans, a regular SATA HDD a 7870 and a CD/DVD combo drive. It's listing only 287 watts as minimum (337 recommended) but what's key is the 3.3V with 7.0A, 5V with 9.2A and 12V with 22.3A. That's far too close to what I already believe to be an inflated maximum value.
