How to overclock intel core2duo E7500 @2.93GHz???

hi community

i am new here and i wwant to play games like battlefield # and more upcoming games at high settings at good FPS

my rig is
intel core2duo E7500(hpw to overclock it)
2.5 gb ram(2 gb and 512 mb)
nvidia 9400gt 1gb(how to overclock that one also)
1 tb hdd
intel DG41RQ mobo
thanks i am a complete noob in overclocking

more details it won't let me put pics
so heres the details
processor core speed = 1599.92 MHz sometimes jump to 2933.99MHZ
Core voltage = 1.099v
mainboard = intel DG41RQ
chipset = G41
current load 11.5%(via realtemp)
temprature in celcius 42/34
cooling is a single fan on processor
psu is i think intex 500W

need more info...motherboard type, power supply (make, model, wattage), cooling and your temps under full load now.

generally speaking you need to turn up the BCLK to increase your CPU frequency...also you will need to increase the voltage for your cpu and base clock to keep them stable. doing so increases heat. stay under 65C or risk damaging your processor. i am not responsible for any damage that may occur.
