Download drivers for the most recent OS (May not be Win 8) save them to disk, and right click the setup file. Choose 'Troubleshoot Compatibility' and follow on-screen instructions. If for some reason this fails you will have to find out what GPU you have and go to the Manufacturer's website for drivers (Nvidia, AMD) or post your full Model number and ask for more help
