Do some motherboards require the CPU to be inserted in order to power on?
I have an ASRock pro 4 mobo and all I'm missing for my build is my processor. I jumped the PSU to make sure it was working, and it worked. I had it powering the fans and drives too. It all worked, but when everything was connected to the board nothing happened. Does it have to have the CPU? Or do I have a problem..
