Internet speed slows down when running games with DWA-552

I've been seeking how to fix this for years now and I just can't find what's causing this!

I got a decent connexion speed, around ~10ish mb/sec but when I run a game, if it do a speedtest I have ~1 mb/sec.

I'm running Win 7 64.
I got Dir-655 router with the lastest firmware 1.35NA.
DWA-552 network card with lastest drivers (1.7 I think).

EDIT : So, I've tried plugging my computer with a ethernet cable directly into the router and the issue wasn't there so I'm pretty sure it's caused by the DWA-552 network card. Is anyone aware of drivers/settings causing this?

Ok now I'm clueless. I've bought a D-Link DWA-160 N600 network card and I have the same problem. Average of 10 mb/sec and when I launch games, I drop to 1 mb/sec.

Could it be my video card that's making interferences with the wi-fi?

Anything is possible, my video card interferes with my sound card so I don't see why it couldn't mess with your wifi. Did you try reinstalling windows?
