Gainward GeForce GTX 680 4GB PCI-Express 3.0 HDMI Phantom

Hi
I have presently got a 560ti and would like to upgrade to a gtx590 but cannot find a supplier have therefore looked at the 680 which is a pci 3 my set up is pci 2. How badly will this affect the performance, do you have a better suggested card or a supplier for the 590. Many thanks

get gtx 670 instead of 680 as 5% performance difference + big price gap

there will no bottleneck with pci 2.0 slot at all

As above, it wont matter.

But I'd argue against a 680, especially with that crap cooler. A 670 offers 5% less performance for alot less money.

None realistically. Its for dual GPU setups, and even then the difference is minimal.
