Hi,
I have a 3570k @ 4.3ghz combined with an evga 660 ti sc.
I am currently playing Tomb Raider maxed out at 1080p but with tressfx hair off and I constantly get 60 FPS in the entire game with vsync but!!..
In a particular scene I can see that my GPU is being used 60% and i am getting 34.2 FPS so apparently for some reason the video card is not being pushed enough to get the 60 fps.
Is this a CPU bottleneck??, another fact is that i am currently using a single channel 8 gb 1600 mhz ram so its 800 mhz does this matter?
I hope is not the CPU as i bought this because it is not supposed to bottleneck even a gtx 690
