Hi there, i have a laptop running windows 7 and my internet has been recently slow. i rang them up and they took me down some troubleshooting that involved me plugging and unpluging the laptop into the router.
My laptop will now not find the router through wireless.
i have checked the basic like, ensuring the the wireless has not been switched offand rebooting the internet and laptop but it still will not find it.
I am running windows 7 and my ISP is Sky Fibre Optic.
Can Anyone help me? its frustrating the hell out of me.
