I can say that you are absolutely not gonna get an i5 in a $600 build and with a good Video card to give 60 fps in all your games. If you absolutely want an i5 system with a good GPU you need to raise your budget to about $800 at least.
But if you can't go over $600 I would highly recommend you take a look at an FX 6300 build.
