Cheap Budget PC

I'm have a really old PC (it has a Pentium 4) that needs replacing. Its not mine, but anyway I was trying to get the most bang for the buck and my budget is $250. I know that's low but its because I'm working on building a high end gaming PC that is my priority

So far the best I've got is

try this, it has great upgrade path and the VGA is a strong one .... squeeze the 30$ of the before-mentioned HDD and you'll have great pc
